Naples is known for its food itself since at least the eighteenth century and considered the birthplace of pizza.
is around the Neapolitan cuisine and three foreign countries that will turn this exchange. Over the 10 days of exchange, participants from different countries will share and learn in a practical and non-formal education through workshops, national cuisine and creative cooking, teamwork activities (choice of menus to cook), activities time management and budgets (esolha ingredients and typical Neapolitan market purchase), demonstrations of confections pizza, creating a recipe book and graphic promotional material about the activities of exchanges and visits to recognized landmarks of the city.
